SUMMARY:Cumming Christmas Jingle Jog 5K & Family Fun Run
DESCRIPTION:Proceeds from the Cumming Christmas Jingle Jog 5K & Family Fun Run go to support Forsyth County Community Connection (FCCCs Child & Family Welfare Collaborative). FCCCs work supports foster children and their families. Our community coalition spreads awareness to prevent child abuse and neglect.\nJoin us for the annual Jingle Jog at the Cumming City Center! Get in the holiday spirit with this fun event – there will be awards for race times\, prizes for the best costume\, decorated stroller\, most festive and more!! The 8:30 race start time allows for plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day to spend time with family and attend other holiday happenings in the community.\nDistances:\n5K1K Kids Fun Run (The Kids Fun Run is reserved for kids 10 & under)5K participants will receive a long sleeve shirt and custom finisher medal. Kids Fun Run participants will receive a race shirt and fun run medal. *\nPacket Pickup:\nSaturday\, December 14th from 11 AM to 5 PM at Big Peach Running Co-Cumming (5485 Bethelview Rd\, Suite 430\, Cumming\, GA 30040) Packets for in-person participants not picked up during packet pickup will be donated.\nRace morning at race location starting at 7:30 AM.\nVirtual runners can pick up packets during this time. Virtual packets will be mailed after Monday\, December 18th if not picked up.\nParking: Cumming City Center\nRestrooms are located downstairs near the Christmas Tree and Lou Sobh Amphitheater.\nAwards:\nOverall male/femaleOverall Masters male/female1st\, 2nd\, 3rd place age group awards\n*All runners are guaranteed to receive a long sleeve T-Shirt if registered by 12/6/2024 at 11:59 PM.\n*Guaranteed medal if registered by 12/6/2024 at 11:59 PM.\n\nRace officials may cancel\, delay\, or change the event if the event is considered not safe for the public.\nPlease check back for updates regarding this event as details are subject to change. This race is constrained by local and state guidelines and if this event can not be held in person per the direction of state and local officials\, the race will convert to a virtual event.
