A few months later\, Jackson found himself in Los Angeles where he won first place in the National competition. This is when Jackson decided to make music his full-time focus. He began learning guitar\, as well as learning how to write his own songs.Jackson’s music is a blend of country\, blues\, and rock that he likes to call “Southern Soul and Rock & Roll”.His influences are The Eagles\, Merle Haggard\, Chris Stapleton\, Lynyrd Skynyrd\, Elvis\, and Glen Campbell. His music has been described as “The Eagles meets Lynyrd Skynyrd”.Jackson has recorded with country legends like John Anderson has opened for Aaron Tippin\, Sammy Kershaw\, Collin Raye\, Diamond Rio\, T Graham Brown\, Adam Hood\, Drivin N Cryin and others.He began touring in 2022 and played more than 85 shows in his first 9 months of touring including Nashville’s legendary Station Inn with Carl Jackson and Larry Cordle.
