4th Annual Community Arbor Day

Join the City of Cumming, Keep Forsyth County Beautiful, UGA Extension Services, and the Georgia Forestry Commission as we present the 4th Annual Community Arbor Day Celebration! This year’s event will be held at the Cumming City Center, at the Kiwanis kids’ playground pocket park overlooking the Lou Sobh Amphitheater. This year’s event will feature a special birthday celebration for Smokey the Bear and special guests from the Forsyth County Fire Department’s Wild Fire Unit. The event will also offer free tree saplings and other Arbor Day goodies to take home, sapling care and planting education, a tree planting demonstration thanks to our tree sponsor – Rotary Club of Lanier Forsyth, a community art project, refreshments for purchase from the Los Rios food truck, and more! Join us for this fun and educational community event!
