Filming & Photography

Photography at the Cumming City Center is permitted for private, non-commercial use only.

Photography for commercial use or press use must receive prior approval from Cumming City Center property management. You will need to email info@cummingcitycenter.com at least two weeks in advance of the date you wish to shoot to receive approval. There may be additional licensing and fee requirements if you will be using the resulting photos or videos for commercial purposes. Cumming City Center reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold and/or withdraw permission to photograph on its premises. Cumming City Center reserves the right to use and share any content captured on site.
