Parking

All vehicles must be parked in appropriate marked parking spaces or will be towed by Cumming Police Department at owner’s expense. Overnight parking is only permitted in the parking deck and overflow lots located off of Bulldog Way. Any vehicle remaining on the premises after 24 hours will be towed by the Cumming Police Department at the owner’s expense. All cars parked in parallel parking spaces must be parked the direction in which traffic flows in the nearest lane of traffic. Our parking deck is five levels with handicap parking and elevator access. Paved overflow parking is provided at the back of the development. There is no parking permitted during indicated road closures and events. *Note: Vehicles may be susceptible to fines and towing.
