The Fire Museum commemorates all who have served our community
as volunteer or paid firefighters over the years and features the City of
Cumming’s vintage 1980s fire truck, historic newspaper articles, firefighting
equipment, and memorials to fallen local firefighters.
The museum is free and located between Myth and Legend and Avenue of the Oaks offers a historical journey through memorabilia from the old Cumming Fire Department. During Myth and Legend business hours ONLY, visitors can access the Fire Museum from inside Myth and Legend.
Current Myth and Legend Hours:
Sunday: 12:00pm-6:00pm
M-F: 7:30am-6:00pm
Sat: 12-6:00pm

To ensure the preservation of our historical artifacts and memorabilia, we ask that visitors please be respectful of the items on display. Please do not touch or climb on anything, and do not bring food or drinks into the museum. Photographs are welcome, remember to tag @cummingcitycenter!
RULES:
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Please do not touch displays or cross the gate around the fire truck. Guests are responsible for damages caused by not following museum rules.
Parents or guardians are accountable for their children’s conduct. Keep belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
